I actually know the reporter that covered this story, and wonder how he's handling it; the young lady in question filmed her suicide on the IPAD and he watched it.
Not just him.
Her family watched it, forty minutes of her emotionally struggling, committing suicide and then the aftermath of the foster family finding her and calling 911.
I couldn't do that.
That said the Government of Ontario is now avoiding reporters and questions about this because it once again shows a system in place where kids are removed from their communities and their lives are put at risk.
She has a history of mental issues relating to fear and anxiety, she also has a history of attempting suicide.
So far as we know now no steps where taken to help her out, or get her somewhere else where she didn't feel like some number sitting around in a house.
theres an election coming up, and I hope the people of Ontario make this an election issue.
@andrewgenaille where is this happening? Does the family knows that she is suicidal? Can I have full story about this. I have a family member who is struggling with mental illness and I wanted to help. Thanks

This happens because the children who are placed in foster care are not regularly taken to psychological therapy, apparently they forget that not only is emotionally suffering when separated from our families. This is very sad
