This is the story of John Shields and how, in 1995, he had his son taken from him by the social services and as is always the case these days, it was done without any warning.

John's son, also named John, has severe learning disabilities and in 1995 was placed in the care of The Church of Scotland's, Mallard care home. This was all done WITHOUT the consent of his parents and for the next 4 years, John's Son was subjected to physical, mental, emotional and sexual abuse, whilst in the care of Mallard Care home.

When I write these blogs I try to be as accurate as possible and do hours of research, so not to get things mixed-up. Time-lines, locations, names, status and many other things have to be outlined correctly and this must also be done respectfully.

This particular case spans 23 years and is still ongoing and the fact that it has never hit the headlines should be astounding. But you know how things work in the main-stream and this, disappointingly, is one of those really low points. Because of the nature of this media-beast, I have chosen to quote the beginning of this terrible tale, word for word and to the point were I feel enough foundation is laid for me to explain the rest, myself.

John Smith, speaking at a public meeting in Inverness, Scotland. How it all began...

"Cut a long story short. My son was removed from me, 3 years ago, by the local authority and that Perth and Kinross Council who totally set me up and took my son. They set me up, just like with you(said to a member of the audience), saying I had assaulted him... I had 3 assault charges brought up, out the blue. Didn't know anything about them until my son had been taken away. It still took them 72 hours to charge me and I had no idea what was going on and it's taken 3-years to find out.
My story goes right to the top of the stairs, or a ladder. That's what you find you're up against, like a ladder and you've got to climb to the top. Well, mine goes right to the top(audience member replies, "so does mine").
Well, I'm like you... Fighting is hard, but you've got to slow down. Me, my Janice will tell you, I was in there like a shot. I wanted to kill, I wanted revenge, I wanted everything I could get from these people... And then I sat back, after they done this to me and I said to myself, "how many other folk are they doing this to, like you, you're a perfect example".
(John also mentions a man at the back of the room. He had also found out that his son was abused, while resident at Mallard Home)

It was only after John, Snr, watched a Panorama documentary named "Pinned Down", that he first sounded the alarm. The documentary was about care-workers, abusing residents in care homes around the UK.
After seeing this, John made his 1st complaint to Mallard care home.
I personally think that Panorama were forced to air this show, otherwise have an independent news take the lead and report the story without bias(What a day that would be!!). Either way it makes no odds to what we are discovering now. The truth is coming out and it is thanks to the help of The Fresh Start organisation.

John claimed he had seen a different child(not his own), pinned down on the floor with the same techniques as what had been reported on the Panorama investigation

At the time it happened, John was furious at what he was seeing and immediately told the 3 female carers to get off the young child.

According to Johns accounts, 2 carers were restraining his arms and one sat on his legs, forcing medication into his mouth(Jam with tablets hidden in it, on this occasion...)
After the carers did as John had asked, they tried to justify what they were doing, by saying,
"it was the only way to get them to have their medication".

Now I want to step in at this point and speak from 1st hand experience. My young-nephew has a condition called Tubular Sclerosis and he takes medication to suppress his seizures. My young nephew is the most wonderful child, just like any other and there are many occasions were he does not want to swallow his medicines. Now the boy can fight, scream, kick, punch, spit, pull hair, scratch, head-but and poke you in both eyes, all at the same time! On no occasion have I ever witnessed any force-feeding and certainly no has ever had to pin him down...

Calm him down yes... Pin him down?! Are you kidding me?!!! Time patience and compassion is all that is needed. If that is not the case then I am sure that medical science has advanced enough to find a non-violent way to carry out this otherwise tricky task. Or maybe it is the case that we do indeed have the medical compassion and know-how, but our sadistic and "austerity"- obsessed government prefer the cheaper more abusive approach?
(My money is on option #2)

As the man in the video rightly stated, to pin vulnerable people down in this way would be assault and getting back to the story in hand, that is just what John Shields had witnessed happening at Mallard Care home, to a boy just as vulnerable as his own young son.

It was at this time that John and his wife decided to remove their son and take him home. Unfortunately this is were the whole tale began to reveal its dark-self...

When we got John home we(John and his wife) noticed that our son was sleeping with his eyes open. We could stand over him and see that he was "just not there".

Neither John or his wife, knew what was causing this to happen. At first they thought that he was having seizures, so they had a psycho-analyst come out and examine the young boy.

John and his wife were devastated to hear the Doctor tell them that he had seen this in many patients of care homes and insisted that it was due to abuse and the trauma it causes the victims, of which there were many.

As you can all imagine, this was all too much for the parents to take and you will have to refer back to John's first video to really understand how it made him feel.

After John and his wife reported these crimes to social workers, nothing was done. No investigation, no questions, no interviews, no police. A complete whitewash and cover-up from start to finish. The status quo...

I am always stunned at the courage shown by the parents of these innocent families.

To collect yourself and do what is required, must be a task that truly drains the soul... And all in the hope that you will be replenished after the fight, or your energies completely dissipated with a fruitless, but honourable, defeat.

I would like to emphasise the word families once more, as we are all being abused when this kind of thing happens. Maybe if we learn to feel appropriately outraged by this disgraceful system, then we will be able to tackle it with the venom required to subdue it? Once that happens, we can truly rebuild and provide real support for our lost-children and broken families. Until then, we place ourselves in the the line of fire and find ourselves attacking their most heavily armed positions, the so-called "Judiciary".

The solution is out there and John Shields is putting it to good use. Although I don't think he is a Lawful Rebel, like myself, I know he upholds common-law and therefore the same principles as any peace-seeking human.

I have always stood firm that Lawful Rebellion is one of our strongest options for reaching the reset button. Done correctly and as it was intended by the UK constitution, this should all happen relatively peacefully. It should also have happened in 2001, when Article 61 of the constitution was invoked, lawfully, and with all political protocols met.

Until the day we all unite, we are at the mercy of tyrants and I personally care not which flag is flying when the gates of Downing Street are sent crashing to the floor.

For now we have too little numbers to fight the enemy head-on and according to "The art of war", we should either flee or learn to know our enemy and ourselves.
If we do the latter, it is supposed that every battle is ours for the taking and we will always be victorious. Although there maybe many who acknowledge the oppression all around us, at present there are only a few who truly understand what Law means to a living breathing human-being. When you do this, it means you have taken one small step for families, but one huge leap for human-kindness. These laws are shrouded in myth and hearsay, but bottom line is that they were a product of oppression, or a reaction to it rather. At the core of common-law is Nature's law and if you want to interpret that as god's commandments, so be it.

I understand that many of you consider yourselves "off-grid" and I applaud you for leading from the front. However, it seems that our army is to-far stretched and easily divided. Your actions are great, but now it is time for you all to come back from the fantastic communities you have calved out and secure your own future security, as well as the security of those you wished to show the way to. For that IS the only way that security can exist.
