The CFCSA has a clause which protects Social Workers.
No matter what they do, no matter how wrong and harmful,
they cannot be held responsible for the damage.

This cannot stand. Nobody is above the law.

They took it all. Made copies of "everything" for "evidence," ... except that bits went missing. Somewhere between the seizure and disclosure, anything that was any indication of a breach of trust or misuse of authority, VANISHED!

I can see the advantage today of the block-chain here. A public and non-editable non-confiscationable record. If they take your private diary, ok. They can't take down the block where your daughter says "DON'T WORRY MOM. I WILL NEVER LET THEM PUT DADDY IN JAIL." And I mean handwritten paper photographed with a written transcript on the blockchain. Sound outrageous, but one thing I'm learning, if you find yourself in a situation like this, no measure is too outrageous to protect your family unit.

I stayed in contact with Chuck, just enough to always know where he was, and told the police when they asked me. I did nothing whatsoever to protect him, and complied with every instruction from MCFD.

This may seem like a good idea as a way to show good faith. We are conditioned to obey the authority, especially if we have nothing to hide. But rather it just furthers their cause. It's not easy to "not comply". We are taught this from an early age (for our good). When the authority is wicked, that's when our own goodness is used against us. It's not easy to say "no", especially when the authority are holding your children hostage and your are tricked into believing compliance will restore the family. @ironshield

It reads like a novel but there is no need to suspend disbelief here.
I'm beyond disgusted by the actions of this agency and sincerely hope that this account raises public awareness to the dangers of giving government too much power.

God bless you @canadian-coconut! You have contributed more than you know to the voices of us to afraid to speak our minds.

It really doesn't take many like minded good people to make a difference. I remember a case in Southern Ontario, Canada a number of years ago quite well that highlights my point.

A group of children were taken by family services from their home against their will. The crime? Spanking. The family was Mennonite (like the Amish - I know you know) and believe, like many of used to, in lovingly administering corporal punishment as a tool to raise their children. Well, the state didn't agree. This was back in the 1980's so it was quite a controversial move at the time, even for the province.

What happened was that the Mennonite community banded together and stood outside the police headquarters in this small town community as well as the children's aid office. Day and night they demanded the return of their children. It was a beautiful peaceful show of force. They were not about to let their children be stolen by the state.

And eventually the province gave up and returned the children to their family.

It worked well for them but I fear that most of us do not enjoy community support as much as the close knit Mennonite community does.

Who will fight for the rest of us?

Well, the answer is people like you. People like myself who are more informed now and people whom you touch enough with your posts.

I pray for Anna and her family, that they can somehow find peace in a very hostile world. I hope they all say fuck them and I am going to make a good life despite all this shit. That will really show the controllers who is in control!

I don't know how we can stop this and I am at loss for words when I read post like this. @canadian-coconut, I've been waking up crying just reading the horror stories of our past researching for my History of Vaccine posts. I know how to take care and not burn out but still writing about the evilness of people and institutions is difficult, take care my friend.

These kinds of stories make me angrier than pretty much anything else I know of. To separate families, to turn wives against husbands and children against parents...if you ever doubt there is evil in this world and evil in our "systems", this kind of thing proves it. The system puts perverts in charge of removing children from safe families and then gags us from reporting what really happened.

I've been hearing these stories since my childhood. Growing up homeschooled makes you extremely defensive and ready for this fight to come to your doorstep at any second. I feel very blessed that my brush with the authorities was over so quickly and I was never in danger of being torn from my parents, but the constant threat has developed a deep caution when it comes to anything with our young children. When we were first married my husband thought I was just paranoid but he's starting to see why I might've been that way.

You always think if you're innocent and have nothing to hide that nothing can touch you. But there is evil out there prowling around like a lion that ESPECIALLY wants to touch you: the more innocent you are, the more it wants to take you down. Your very innocence is what it wants to destroy: and it wants your children into the bargain.

MISTAKE #2 -- ALLOWING DIVISION
If they can separate you, they will.
If they can get family members alone ...
if they can sow suspicion, fear, uncertaintly
... that's their goal.

RULE #2 -- STICK TOGETHER
Do not let them get your child alone, or talk to spouses separately.
HOLD HANDS. Keep your children in physical contact with you.
Teach your children to say: "You are a stranger. I don't want to talk to you."

Thank you @Anna for allowing your story to be held on the blockchain and for educating others as to the true nature of this system of lies and deceit. Many will not be aware of their rights or the fact that they do have choices. In many ways it's the publics lack of understanding that enables these people to obtain a very literal foot in the door. From that perspective to have this information held within the blockchain is invaluable and so I thank you for the strength you've shown in allowing your story to be shared.

The system is going to change because brave people like yourself are standing up to be counted! Standing up and demanding justice for children and families the world over, for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Thank-you. Yes, the MCFD only looked for negative information -- things that confirmed the guilty verdict that they sought after. They never ever considered any good information about the family.
It is a system of guilty before proven innocent -- and almost nobody is ever found innocent -- they just let you keep your children sometimes if you jump through every single one of their hoops -- if they feel like letting you keep them -- because if they don't feel like it or if you argue with any of their demands -- they just stop letting you have any visits with your children at all.

@canadian-coconut - I do not know honestly how much more I can read. The horror just goes on. 9 year old children grilled for 4 hours? What are they - criminals? Diaries being taken away and tampered with? Gosh - I can not imagine what sort of individuals would resort to those tactics. Even if it were to be my job, I would not stoop to those levels. It is almost like someone there has a vendetta against Anna's family.

The CPS are very good at the evil work that they do, the tactics that they use to destroy families and damage innocent lives. It's hard to believe how anyone could do this job, what are these people being told. How can they justify their actions and live with themselves. They are obviously trained very well.

This is Horrific. It sounds like one of the prerequisites for working for the CPS or any organization like it is that you must hate families and children. WOW! My fear is that this type of terrorism will spread to adults and all of society with the initiation of reeducation camps for folks that do not comply. This destruction of children may only be a beta test by the elites to control a segment of the population. Let's hope not. But I could see this as their evil thought process. I have no words to describe how this story makes me feel. I am glad I live in Africa because we do not have the resources to be a "nanny state". Unfortunately there are cases where children should be removed from the families, but on reading this I think we may have it better on balance.

Yes, ist seems it would be better without any government interference at all.
The other side of the story, is that even in cases here where the parents are abusive and/or truly negligent, the Foster Home many times is even WORSE than the child's own parents were.
They should at least find good foster homes!! Better yet, children should be placed with another family member if at all possible, before even considering a stranger.

I agree about the foster homes. My mom volunteered at Social Sevices a long time ago, and she was told the children were almost always better off with their bioligical parents.

This is a genuinely awful uncover of the debasement and sheer underhandedness that lays at the core of the whole universes youngster security offices.

Unfortunately if the court framework rejects the battle for them, at that point individuals need to enable thmselves as well as other people. From that viewpoint the care and feeling of group offered by @familyprotection guarantees to engage those that have been left feeble by a framework that takes both their youngsters and their voice!
Much obliged to you for giving individuals the mettle to by and by find that voice and stand up about this guileful dimness.

It's hard to trust that we live during a time where such things are permitted to happen. A period where at their least ebb relatives are hollowed against eac other utilizing progaganda procedures the Nazi's would have been glad for!

I don't know when this will stop, what I do know is that with each overcome post, for example, this that day develops gradually closer.
My lone expectation is that the suffereing of overcome guardians, for example, Anna won't have been futile,

that their torment will go ahead to wind up plainly a thistle in the side of anybody that endorses this manhandle.

That their voice will turn into an aggregate primal yell of fierceness that one day the whole world will hear. Much obliged to you @canadian-coconut

Thank you for sharing this story of awareness on this important subject that obviously gets kicked under the carpet like so many other things that are of the utmost importance. Why is it that people and institutions of power who could do such wonderful things in many causes use the power as control, corruption, and ego stroking on their part. I can only imagine Anna's feelings of helplessness that she trusted this agency to do the better good for her and her child but instead they betrayed, manipuated and tore the family apart into shreds. It is hard to believe that is 2017 these acts of corruption are blindsided allowing it to continue. Awareness is the key, thank you for sharing and I will follow you closely and resteem. Much obliged to you for sharing this account of mindfulness on this imperative subject that clearly gets kicked far from anyone's regular field of vision like such a significant number of different things that are absolutely critical. How can it be that individuals and establishments of energy who could do such awesome things in many causes utilize the power as control, debasement, and personality stroking on their part. I can just envision Anna's sentiments of powerlessness that she confided in this organization to do the better bravo and her youngster yet rather they deceived, manipuated and destroyed the family into shreds. It is difficult to trust that is 2017 these demonstrations of defilement are sucker punched enabling it to proceed. However she was not aware of the depth of depravity the Social Workers would go to to steal her children away from her.

I have noticed the same thing where I live DCFS which is the same thing here. What gives them away in my eyes is the way the cases are handled with new borns. It seems to me that they are making it alot harder for the familys with new born babies, there not placeing them with family members and they are rushing threw the court proceedings at faster rate then normal at first it was not clear as to why they would do this but as of now I can only think of one reason. Families looking to adopt perfer babies and make donations (bribes) to get them there taking kids from the poor and giving them to the weathly

When an officer holds that much power and can make unilateral life changing decisions, and not be held accountable, it's really scary, very scary. Thank you for sharing this personal story. I have viewed several videos of other families experiences with Child Protective Services, and it is horrifying. While child abuse is a very real problem, there obviously are families who are not guilty of child abuse, but are swept up in a corrupt system, and it is heartbreaking.

A sad, but harsh reality that clearly shows the real picture of this matrix we are living in, even though at first everything in it looks completely normal.

All they have to say is that they believed they were acting in the child's best interest,
and POOF! -- The charges of wrongdoing disappear."

The Nazi soldiers had a similar mindset during and leading up to WWII, that no how horrible the actions they did, they wouldn't be held accountable... The evidence blatantly showed that when people have this dangerous mindset (auto immunity) they tend to do far worse things then that would have otherwise done, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if this is also true with many CPS employees.

Thank-you, however I don't think that Indonesia has the same type of issues as we do in places like Canada and Europe. What @familyprotection is warning people about is how our very own governments are taking away our children from loving families. So that is what the #familyprotection tag is about. The governments call their programs, "Child Protection" -- so instead we named our initiative "Family Protection". Families need to be protected from our power-hungry government workers who make false allegations against good parents and then kidnap our children.

The big criticism for all Social Workers everywhere in the world is that they work in very conservative ways to help the poor, uneducated and the disaffected. What is really not understood is that they can just as easily be part of the system they are allegedly trying to get you to be proactive in. Don't believe this lie. Child trafficking is one of the most dangerous crime all over the world in this fast era it has not stoped yet the reason is that zit supports by well reknown persons that is the member of our parliaments. If the government wants to stop it. It should cut the root.

Beloved @canadian-coconut , I am truly sorry you had to go through all this, such a pain, such a sorrow, such a shame. I am sure you learned a lot though this suffering, and believe me, even this hardship has a higher reason rooted in Greater Good for your evolutionary path (sorry if this sounds lofty, I know it's super hard in your position). Truely, there are lots atrocities committed nation wide, because some families dont stay together. Recently in Nigeria, there was some legal kidnapping that went on, and people where looking for the kids, relatives, etc not knwing they've been shipped to libya. We as families need to stick together, even if things arent going the way they ought to go. Thank yiu @canadian-coconut. I am just praying for Anna and her family. You have describe truly whats happened when investigation started and how they try to mislead separately everyone.

"DON'T WORRY MOM. I WILL NEVER LET THEM PUT DADDY IN JAIL." She wrote that in my diary to get a message to me, because we weren't allowed to discuss anything about the case during our limited Supervised Visits.

When I read this feel so sad :(

My daughter had a strange reaction that day when I told her my husband had to leave. She jumped into his arms and said, "PLEASE DON'T GO, DADDY, PLEASE!!"

It is really heart touching story of our regular life.

Linda, Ann (if she reads this), thank you for your bravety to share this story!
You just put pink glasses off the eyes of many parents all over the world.
People are used to think the state services takes care of them by all means, and few of them see the real circumstances and goals they work for.
Such stories makes people to wake up and have a fresh look at the world we live in. Enemy can be hidden in so called "angels" who seem to worlk for us but in fact it appears to be against..
I resteem this story too because only together we can protect our Truth.
and mistakes that you have mentioned are really often done because parents even can't imagine where real risks for their families are...

Child protection agencies should be active in their fields. In our country also pay great attention to child protection legislation. Although sometimes not optimal in the implementation. This is a huge problem in the states as well. Everyone thinks the people who try to bring attention and change to these atrocities are thought unstable and crazy. Until it happens to them, or their loved ones.
