So true. So true. Freedom is only an illusion that is brought out for speeches and political benefit. Families are enslaved by the state. Our SS# enslaves us for life. Nothing in this life is free. Janis once said it - Freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose. In a way that is biblical. When we give it all up to God, only then ...will we taste real freedom in this life. Somewhere over the rainbow perhaps ....in heaven for sure. Thanks @kryptocoin

    I feel the same way too. All we can do is to keep marching in a direction that isn't theirs, and perhaps, just may be, we can drink from the Elixir of freedom, even if limited.
