The methods and ways CPS operate and offer protection always fall short, leading to more predicament for families. It is quite clear that in a government body setting, things are bound to go "south" at times, it can't be totally efficient. This is true, and I don't even have to talk excessively about that.
What about a governmental body that is almost "always" inefficient? that is a sign of a chronic disease in the fundamental set up and goals of the System. It is not the matter of inefficiency but that of willful inefficiency that was built into the system's foundation, which serves a greater evil whether it be for federal funds, dirty funds, trafficking, sexual related crimes, and many more, I can't exhaust the list. What is very clear about CPS though is they happen to always strife to gradually obliterate the family unit in every country, and therefore the loss of children and the love they will never get would continue unless stopped.
There are two scenarios that is evident in the CPS routine which has led to the accomplishment of these ills against the family unit. The below scenario painted is not absolute but near absolute.
Caseworkers Involvement in investigation and "very possible" Removal of children that are far from being abused, not abused at all, loved by their families, on flimsy grounds that are mostly related to CPS definition of "Neglect"(Neglect to the CPS means Anything, as long as they can perjure that in court against good parents and win). In some cases, it is always an obvious kidnap.
Caseworkers negligence when they are actually Needed the most. When "severe, real, actual abuses" are taking place, CPS often take a chill at the back seat waiting for things to escalate before they run in often leading to serious cases and even fatalities that are usually then publicized in every way they can for them to win the public's trust.
I am writing this post because some people actually believe that CPS are angels and that they often can not do no harm. That is a wrong conclusion, without blinking, I know as a matter of fact from personal experiences and fellow parents account that CPS is the complete opposite of what the public believe they are.
The two scene I indented above are interwoven and mingles one to the other, both leads to the destruction of lives and connection children are supposed to have with their families. Let us take a much closer look at the second scene, given the fact that we are already quite familiar with the first scenario
When CPS is called, and made aware that a child is going through what every one knows to be obvious abuse, even a blind man can see that, but CPS would never show up, or they would show up late after something serious would have happened. CPS waiting patiently to take advantage of a child's demise, or real hurt. When questioned why it took them so long to get to do what they are paid to do, they always publicly use the opportunity to beg for more funding. I have seen so many instances where they speak boldly on TV that they need more funding, just immediately a real abuse comes on air where in fact they were to blame for not doing their job.
They lament how over worked, under-staffed, and underpaid they are, they seize the opportunity, draw the blame away from themselves, and infer they need to be paid more for the work they are supposedly doing, which they ain't. Loudly hammer on why people need to support their work and how their work is so essential to the county, they create a false image in the minds of the people that parents can be very "evil", thereby swaying and blinding the public's eyes to CPS's heavy pitfalls and crimes, while earning praises.
When major abuses happen, and they didn't do what they are paid to do, they use the opportunity to preach about the need to give caseworkers more authority to remove children quickly without a warrant. Mind you, This will lead to acting without consent from a family member, a court, thereby doing a lot of harms to children,
They neglect reports of real harm, and concentrate on trivial matters that don't require their attention. How can they truly be there for those who actually need their protection if they are busy lighting fires in homes that do not require it. The structuring of the System, mindset of their selective workers, method of operation and others leads to family lamentation. Predicaments has become an every day issue with the family units who are so unfortunate to be preyed upon by CPS. Caseworkers waste their time looking for smoke where there are no fires, and making the Tax Payers believe their taxes are being put to use.
They have failed at their responsibility, may be they are succeeding at it; they are never in it for the best Interest Of The Child.
Everyone, wake up to this truth before it is too late, and the next time you hear of a Major Headline on their censored TV, think twice about the Child that has fallen prey to abuse. The system needs to be washed and disinfected from the inner core to the surface. How can this be done when we exalt them beyond reproach all because they simply played a game of Psychology on us for decades.
We to stop being dummies and become Pros, only then can we stand up as mothers, parents and as a nation to bring back the power of the american Family and others at large. If you are looking fora place to start, @famillyprotection have you covered here on the blockchain.
