" If I become president, you'll be my partners. I won't forget who brought me to the White House." -Bill Clinton to the National Education Assn. Screening Panel- 1991.
My primary focus in describing the state's assault on America's families is the damage inflicted by CPS and the family courts, along with their attendant "professionals," doctors, psychologists, social workers ad infinitum. But there's another enemy as equally if not more dangerous... the public schools, who not only monitor your children for the dreaded CPS- first reporters- but indoctrinate them to adopt values that are inimical to the values of most Americans and decent people around the world. I've been writing about this for over 25 years and some of this info is that old if not older (I cite older sources)... the nature of the Beast never changes and he's come for your children. Much of this post comes from a book I was writing in the mid to late 1990's.
I read an excellent article a while back about the epidemic of sexual abuse going on in America's schools... 100x more prevalent than in the Catholic Church yet it goes virtually unreported. The author also featured a video by Project Veritas that explained in part why- the absolute hubris of the teacher's union. What happened in the Church was all part of an orchestrated attempt to bring it down by flooding the priesthood with homosexuals as a part of Vatican II and the transition toward Modernism in the Church. Similarly, much the same thing is being done throughout the school system in a plan orchestrated to destroy America's families by corrupting the children. This is one reason for the inundation of transgenderism in public schools. Schools are no longer a place of learning- they are now citadels of indoctrination. Instead of teaching core classes that will help students succeed in the job market, they are fed a steady drip of Cultural Marxism... why- because it's the agenda of the NEA, the teacher's union who don't care about students like they claim, only their secular humanist/Marxist agenda. And in the case of the educational system, for America, the stakes couldn't be any higher.
The National Education Association (NEA), the teacher's union has a virtual lock on policy concerning America's school system, from the US Dept. of Education right on down to the local level. Between 1989-2014 they've donated $92 million to political candidates (97% Democratic). A hegemony on education is only one facet of a much larger overall plan, one to impose a global order overseen by the United Nations, education is just one of tools of a cabal consisting governmental agencies, politicians, Hollywood and other media, NGO's- teachers are foot-soldiers in this war for America and the world. Secular humanists and Cultural Marxists are waging a war against the values that made America what it is.
German philosopher Georg Hegel wrote: "Beware the Prinzipienmänner [a term that combines the traits of advocates and ideologues]... the revolutionaries, have destroyed the fabric of traditional politics by a sort of reckless appeal from the is to the ought, from actually existing but imperfect regimes to the one naturally and universally sanctioned social order." Sound a bit like the New World Order? It should. This is the long march of Cultural Marxism, hence the focus on Marxism in universities around the country who train the teachers of the future.
The Clinton's have been at the forefront of this cultural transition and attack on the family. In November of 1973 a young and ambitious attorney named Hillary Rodham (now Rodham-Clinton) wrote an article for the prestigious Harvard Education Review. In her article, Ms. Rodham bemoans "...an absence of fair, workable and realistic standards for limiting parental discretion and guiding state intervention." [emphasis added] In her criticism of families, she also criticized the government's policy of embracing "...alien values, usually middle class, [that] are used to judge a family's child-rearing practices." The middle class values that have historically kept America great, according to Mrs. Clinton and the left-wing intelligentsia, have become "alien." One might ask: alien to what? The answer, as usual, is simple- the elites in Washington DC including the Dept. of Education and their ultimate goal, the globalist The New World Order.
The NEA is at the vanguard of this movement to transform America and their political clout is immense. As we will see, however, they are a part of a much larger consortium. "The National Education Association will become a political power second to no other special interest group... we will organize this profession from top to bottom into logical operational units [cells?] that can move swiftly and effectively and with power unmatched by any other organized group in the nation." -Sam Lambert, NEA Exec. Secretary- 1967. This quote is from a speech at the NEA's convention in 1967- their political power has grown exponentially ever since. The NEA was officially founded in 1857 although its roots go back even further. Horace Mann, widely viewed as the "father" of American public education, created the "look and say" method for teaching reading which was adopted by the Massachusetts Board of Education in the 1837. Mann's intent was to "...establish a new religion, with the state as its true church, and education as its Messiah." In Mann's own words: "What the church has been for medieval man the public school must become for democratic and rational man. God will be replaced by the concept of the public good...The common schools... shall create a more far-seeing intelligence and a pure morality than has ever existed among communities of men."
Where Horace Mann left off, John Dewey picked up the baton and ran with it. Dewey was an avid Secular Humanist, an atheist and signer of the Humanist Manifesto and first President of the American Humanist Assn... he was also the "father of modern education."
The Humanist Manifesto affirms the theory of evolution which teaches that man has no soul, and reduces them to simply an animal. Since values are determined by the individual, any type of sexual perversion between consenting adults, euthanasia, and suicide are all proper. In fact, the Humanist Manifesto II, 6th and 7th thesis, advocates exactly this. [Moreover], Dewey believed that man is not a reflection of God, but that society and education must be 'socially planned' by the state. Dewey stated '...all aims and values which are desirable in education are themselves moral.' In other words, humanism is a religion, and its tenets are the only [emphasis added] acceptable source of moral principles. He believed that these principles of humanism, as outlined in the Humanist Manifesto, must be infused in all public education.
This quote goes a long way toward explaining the rash of sexual abuse in America's schoolrooms. More recently, John Dunphy, in 1983, wrote for the Humanist: "The classroom must and will become an arena of conflict between the old and the new- the rotting corpse of Christianity, together with all its adjacent evils and misery, and the new faith of humanism." Dr. John Goodland, writing for the National Education Agency later in the 1980's argued: "Our goal is behavioral change. The majority of our youth still hold to the values of their parents and if we do not resocialize them to accept change, our society may decay." By removing school prayer the humanists have taken great strides toward replacing traditional family values and replacing them with their own- "alien" values and we are currently witnessing the results of their work.
One of the more disturbing aspects of the Humanist impact on education is voiced by a Dr. Charles Pierce, of Harvard, who asserted in 1973, that: "Every child in America entering school at age five is mentally ill because he comes to school with certain allegiances toward our founding fathers, toward our elected officials, toward his parents, toward a belief in a supernatural being, toward the sovereignty of this nation as a separate entity. It's up to you teachers to make all of these sick children well by creating the international children of the future." Is it just me, or does it seem ironic to anyone else that since these "experts" have had control of the educational system teen pregnancies have skyrocketed (certainly sex-ed in kindergarten couldn't be a factor), and school shootings (which were unheard of until the 1990's) have increased exponentially... yet it is "traditional values- Pierce's 'mental illness'" that's to blame.
This is the psychological/moral backdrop against which American's are sending their children everyday when they go to public school. When teachers are caught abusing children in one manner or another, they're seldon fired- usually they get a reprimand (if that) and/or are transferred to another district. This is all just a part of an elaborate plan to destroy America's families because they are the backbone of society. In his seminal piece, National Character Sir Ernest Barker wrote:
The obvious danger of a general system of State education is that it may produce uniformity of type and discourage both local and individual variety. ...it is the theme of a fine chapter 'The Decay of the Family,' in C.H. Pearson's book on National Life and Character. Will the family continue to be a responsible moral institution, he inquires, when the state school looks to the health and physique, as well as the mind and the character, of its members. 'We may imagine,' he writes, 'the State crèche, and the State school; and the State doctor, supplemented, it may be, by State meals; and the child, already drilled by the State, passing out from school into the State workshop.' There is some justice in Pearson's fears, and his imaginings were prophetic. It is true that teachers may be rivals, and even supplanters, of parents; it is true that there are fewer real homes, and less of family life- though the reason is hardly the growth of State schools, but rather the premature employment and precocious independence of children, coupled with conditions of housing which make homelife very difficult. But the indictment against State schools goes far beyond any matter of their affect on the family. Godwin's fear of the alliance of national education with national government touches profounder issues. A system of national education is, as it were, a new tool in the hands of the State; and it may use the new tool for what it imagines to be its own ends. It may attempt the uniform prescription, from a central office, of a single code intended to realize a national ideal conceived in the brain of its own officials, and it may thus seek to defeat the right of self-determination which, in education no less than in other matters, is inherent in any democratically governed community." What is remarkable about Barker's observations is that they were made in 1927... they could very well be remarks about contemporary society.
Barker identified the problems almost 100 years ago yet things are getting progressively worse. More recently, Charles Sykes, Senior Fellow at the Wisconsin Policy Research Institute and specialist in educational issues, concludes that it is no longer the duty of schools to educate. Instead the focus has been shifted by the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development of the NEA who call for "...refocusing the schools away from intellectual pursuits to a new agenda of 'life adjustment.' In the new school, social values were given far more weight than traditional subject matter. From now on, the (NEA) yearbook declared, the school must put 'human relationships first' and must provide 'a school environment where the satisfactory adjustment of all pupils is of primary consideration...'"[emphasis added]. Given that the Humanist philosophy, introduced into education by Mann and Dewey and later incorporated into NEA policy, is one of Statism- satisfactory adjustment must merely be a polite euphemism for brainwashing, or indoctrinating children into accepting an alien set of norms. This is the worst form of child abuse imaginable. In this case, these alien norms would necessarily be the Global Statism advocated by Humanists. The Humanist programs embraced by the NEA and by extension the educational infrastructure should by now be evident- state sponsored child abuse. We must now examine how they are able to get these programs and policies implemented.
The NEA possesses an inordinate amount of political power. It has been characterized by Charlene K. Haar, President of the prestigious Education Policy Institute and teacher of 11 years, as "a huge political machine-far larger and more powerful than most people know... [who] uses deceptive tactics to make policymakers and members of the public accept their agenda." Ms. Haar further asserts that "[a]t the local, state and national level, NEA revenues are about $1 billion every year and it spends most of that money on political programs, political consulting, communications with political messages [the acquisition and manipulation of information], and various campaign activities. [Moreover], NEA-PAC is nearly a $6 million operation; in addition, a network of NEA state and local affiliate political action committees (PAC's), pour millions into races at every level of government; after all buying allegiances pays off." The New World Order is very well financed.
This is only the tip of the educational iceberg... all aspects of your child's education is controlled by the teacher's union. Betsy De Vos is the first Education Secretary not selected and controlled by the NEA. For decades they have had a lock on education, and as demonstrated here, the value formation of America's kids. That's how they are able to get away with sexual assault and any other crimes they choose to commit. They control the national curriculum and what subjects are taught and to whom. Until 1979, education was mostly under the control of local school boards. The Carter administration took all that away and placed the power in the hands of bureaucrats- and guess where the bureaucrats came from? If you guessed the NEA, you would be correct. Knowing that, is it really any wonder that the union rep in the undercover video acted with such hubris?

The same is happening here in the UK. Children are being brainwashed from nursery school upwards about what is politically correct and are force-fed ideological dogma by leftist liberal teachers.
I also agree with chieppa1 that some parents are to blame. They seem to view school as a dumping ground for their children and take no interest in what is pumped into their child's mind.
We are in danger of the next generation being politically neutered and afraid of having an independent critical thought.
Thanks for the post.

My girl is a teacher and is on the look out for this type of crap. Sadly in NJ, most parents are looking for the schools to not only teach their children, but to raise them. They look to the schools to show their kids how to act/behave, socialize, deal with issues. Not just learn math and science.
Also, these are the same parents who TELL the schools to teach about LBGTQXYZP+++++ education.
Parents in some areas are the issue.

The central culture war for our society is the war of centralization against decentralization. Everything flows down from this, and every political disagreement is a specific case of this general concept.
It's the organic society proponents against the chemical farming society proponents. The organic economy proponents against the chemical farming top down centrally controlled economic proponents. The multi-polar, non-interventional organic nationalistic world order proponents against the globalist monopoly control over the world proponents.
Interesting that these viewpoints don't at all correspond to the typical divide between left and right, between democrats and republicans. Which is why there is so much political confusion. People are distracted by the fake conflict between colors and names and don't see the deeper issues.
