MONEY FOR SCHOOL FOOD OR A FOSTER FAMILY FOR A KID

In USA the conditions for taking kids away from native parents are becoming harder and harder.

Now it's not necessary to be awful parents to lose your kid.
You can be an absolutely fine mother and dad but if you have temporary money problems and you can't cover all payments for your kid's school food.... A foster family is your punishment!

A scandal at the national level erupted in July when Pennsylvania took the initiative to transfer children to foster families if their parents were late in paying for school (as the newspaper The Philadelphia Inquirer has written).

New Jersey state school districts try to force parents to pay off their debt, threatening them with administrative investigation into "child abuse".

It's absolutely shocking news!
Moreover, it sounds even more weird because in 2018 it was stressed not to use such methods.

The United States High Commissioner for Human Rights, Zeid Raad al-Hussein, urged the United States to stop using foster families to punish parents. He arose this problem at the 38th session of the UN Human Rights Council. At that period more than 200 kids were taken away during 6 weeks!

As we can see local authorities don't want to obey and continue to pressure families using any reasons...
