California Plans On Attacking Homeschoolers And Using CPS (Child Protective Services) To Do It!!

As it is we have the right to refuse them to come into our homes. But if this law is passed you will loose that right.

That is incorrect. You CANNOT "lose" a right.

NO legislation that violates ANY of your rights is valid. This is especially true of rights clearly protected (not given...) by the federal bill of rights.

There are many supreme court rulings that make this clear.

That being said, any legislative body can create whatever legislation they want. Legislation is NOT law... it is merely a presumption of law.

Until a supreme court makes a ruling about any particular legislation that legislation is uncharted territory... and if challenged properly you can fight them up the court system and win.

Judges are supposed to "construe" the invalid legislation in such a way that it would be valid if at all possible... This typically relies upon word games, presumptions, and assumptions. However, if legislation flies in the face of well established law it can be struck down.

Is it an easy process? No.

That being said, if you learn enough about law to see how the basic procedures work (civil and criminal), how contract works, and how to force the common law (they tend to try and use roman civil law while treating you as someone who has lost their civil rights) you can defeat them.

And we all know how most judged are about siding with the state.

At the lower levels I believe this is true... and they will walk all over you. That being said, if you learn what your rights are, demand them, and properly preserve the lower judges errant rulings for appeal it seems like there are plenty of judges at the higher levels that will actually follow the law and reverse lower court rulings.

Ignorance is our biggest weakness

Because most people are educated in government run schools they do not receive any real knowledge of our systems of law, their rights and how to stand on them, how to properly tell government agents to take a hike (forcing them to either break the law or go away), and how to go about bringing suit against agents who commit crimes against people.

If you know nothing about law a program called Jurisdictionary is out there that provides a good foundational coverage of civil procedure.

Of course, simply learning what rights are (inherent, inalienable, and not granted by any government) and refusing to obey/comply without a lawful warrant would be a huge step in the right direction for most people.
