A 105 fever is high yes, but as long as it isn’t persistently that high for a period of time, It’s not worthy of a trip to the ER. Unless there are other symptoms, stiff neck, headache etc, there’s no need to freak out. Just care for and monitor the child. This Doctor is a total idiot though. I have been to more qualified grocery store medicentre doctors than this piece of work.

How did the doctor find out? Did the parents do a follow up visit or something? Was this nut job scouring the ER records to see if the child was admitted? Doesn’t make sense to me.

Oh, really meningitis? Well did the kid have a stiff neck headaches? A high fever alone means nothing. My kids get high fevers for far less. It’s a sign that the body is working hard to cook that virus. People often make the mistake of thinking that the fever is a bad thing. It’s actually your body doing its job in fighting the infection.

My kids have pretty damn good immune systems, they’ve been able to kill a virus infection dead in a day. They come down with a fever, we worry and monitor them close. The next day poof infection destroyed and healthy happy kid again. Not always the case, and we’ve had our share of times calling health link or making a trip to the doctor’s office just to play it safe. Always the same, keep their fluids up and monitor them. Nothing like this quack, it’s only if a 105 fever persists do you need to consider your options. Fever relief medicine or a trip the ER. These parents did nothing wrong medically speaking.

I was really surprised when I read that it was naturopathic doctor. If anything, you’d think they would be a lot more relaxed in this situation. Especially about the kid not being vaccinated, but no they are in the profession of Psychopathic Medicine. What a freak!

We have a naturopath doctor as well as a general practitioner. We like to utilize both, the GP for diagnosis and the NP for treatment. The NP is pretty cool, he’ll make a custom concoction of essential oils based on the symptoms and the diagnosis of the GP. Keep in mind that we rarely get sick, so these type of visits are few and far between.

So basically everyone f**cked up here! The quack, the DCS, the Police and the parents. Alls that needed to be done was to do a follow up phone call with the parents, just to see how their kid is doing. No pressure, no friggin swat team. I mean phones were made, like the doctor calling the DCS and then the DCS calling the police. You mean to tell me it’s easier to call and have the police to go and check up on the family? That’s your tax dollars at work Murica.

Why couldn’t the DCS send a representative over instead of the cops. You probably freaked out the parents sending the cops to their door. I know I’ve seen enough videos of the cps/police needlessly removing children from families. So I can totally understand being a little freaked out about police at my own door.

I’m not sure why the dad refused even after the warrant was issued. I mean why risk this sort of situation, cops breaking in with guns out and testosterone flowing. It’s a fine way to traumatize your kid real quick.

Where have you been Townsend, it’s USA 2019. To answer your question, the child belong to their parents. Make it right and give him back.

You’re damn right it was a mistake. One that’s happening all too often now. I’m extremely it’s really mistake anymore. Eventually the day will come where parents will have very little legal authority over the care and selling of their children. It may very be a simple as late to getting them a haircut or a checkup at the dentist before a swat team is sent to your door.

After all children don’t belong to us, they belong to the community. Isn’t that right Malissa Harris Perry?

Thanks for stopping by. Take my advice, if have young children of your own. Choose your doctor(s) wisely.

It's because the kid ws unvaccinated probably...
Totally agree with you. I was abroad one night when my boy got a very high fever and I was afraid of meningitis, obviously, because what parent isn't? In the end I decided it wasn't serious enough to warrant a visit to the ER and, indeed, the next morning he was outside playing... I'm sure most normal parents know when there's something definitely wrong and when it's just a fever which will develop into a cold.

Yeah no doubt this mostly because of the unvaccinated child. Ironically a common symptom for a child after receiving a vaccine, is a high fever.

Like you said, mistakes all around. Communication goes a long way. Despite what the media will have us believe, there is a line that the state knows they are unable to cross. Sure, stories like these continue the msm narrative; powerless and confused public against each other and at the mercy of industry and government, but they know. They know without question who fears who. Strength in numbers. Once people powered monetary systems adoption peaks, the tape worm of our economy will be starved out (FED RESERVE). Once the population turns their attention to non-biased sources of information, one of the main manipulative tools(MSM) run by the state will be obsolete. Love your neighbor, forgive yourself and those around you. Take time to breathe each day, even just 10 deep breaths. Count them out and slow it down. Drink clean water, eat clean food, stretch, walk, read, write. Be generous. "No defending, no attack"
