Is Fasting the miracle cure those profiting off of gmo foods, processed foods and pharmaceuticals do not want you to know about? How can they profit if you are whole and well? Your Food source and hormone connection. Food, the real killer.

Fasting brings in a whole new biochemistry.

Why don't people utilize it more?

Because people are taught to be addicted to food.

Look at how much of their lives revolve around consumption and the physical.

Fasting causes people to rely upon other modalities rather than their physical and how the physical plane is making them feel.

Are most taught to be reliant on food?
Are there many gmo foods and food with additives and preservatives which are not helping humanity, but rather lending to a lower immune system and disease?

Is fasting a way the body can clear itself from toxins?

Does much of humanity not like being deprived or saying no?

Do we see a populace that is not only dependent on unhealthy food as a whole, but also caught in a cycle of sickness and disease in which these toxins are not cleared out?

Does the eating cycle people are addicted to keep The System profiting off of much of humanity in the form of treatments and pharmakeia while also keeping the people enslaved to The System and always coming back to the cycle of the system. . .

  • eat
  • lower immune system from low vibrational foods
  • get sick so seek "medical" care of The System
  • receive meds which cause more side effects
  • continue eating and taking meds which in turn creates life long consumers and customers

Benefits of fasting

  • Get rid of addiction which affects hormones
  • Metabolic flexibility
    People are supposed to be using another part of their metabolism, so getting out of the glucose and the sugar and using another physiology.
    There are other substrates that can be used for energy in your body and that gives you a healthier metabolic pathway.
    Gives your body the ability to run on two different fields.
    Once you start fasting you start to change your hormonal status you get a host of benefits.
    Coronary arteries, strokes, blood pressure, obesity related diseases like joint disease, degenerative conditions, dementia.

There are many misconceptions about fasting and many mainstream doctors who will go on the Tell a Vision box and scare people concerning fasting which keeps them from receiving the benefits.

Much of the fear is based on a platform of misinformation.

What people eat and how often they eat is changing them from a hormonal sense.
This makes people a hormonal modified human being and they are not the same as they were even four generations ago.

This is why what worked then to keep people from being overweight does not work now.

Hormones change for people because of

  • What they are eating
  • The Type of food they are eating like processed foods and
  • How often they are eating

People are bombarded by brainwashing and advertisements on needing more food and purchasing snacks to the point where there is almost constant eating and it's almost all people think about during the day. ..when is the next meal or snack coming, then they justify their addiction by being told and believing what is wrong with them is they need to eat even more or more often, which is not the case.

People have been tricked into believing this.

Even when people have the instinct that they are not hungry, most are programmed to still eat if it is a scheduled meal or what they are used to doing.

Everything points towards consume, consume, consume.

Who does that really benefit?

Who profits off it it?

Who controls people through it in more ways than one? You know who!

Are people addicted because they have been Programmed to be addicted?

No one has forced as people are sovereign and could say no.
Are they however taught and pressured from birth to be conditioned to consume even more than what they need especially regarding food as we still see many poverty stricken people still overweight?

Has the dietary advice of a government that gives those who are poverty stricken or on welfare free food, not really helping?

Has it not been proven much of the government's dietary advice is incorrect and we are still seeing obesity and disease run rampant?

Did they not use to claim it was fats making people fat, so did they not encourage and produce a host of fat free food that was high in sugar and other ingredients that caused a host of health problems?

Did this not create a perceived need for prescription meds to take care of the increase in diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and other food related issues?

So the cause and the cure coming from the same source?

Are these issues those living comfortably in the matrix don't want to admit because they prefer their addictions?

Why is smoking and drinking alcohol seen by some of the same people with food addictions as bad, but not addiction to bad food sources? Are all equally damaging in their own way?

Does some of humanity continue to ignore the obvious because they would rather continue in their addictions?

Do some of humanity not want to be set free even when we could show them a New Way of living in health without medicines and addictions?

Much of humanity has moved to a calorie rich addictive diet as many are not just eating the kinds of natural foods that would benefit their organs and bodily functions, but rather their diet is riddled with processed foods and gmo.

Are many ot honest with themselves about how many bad carbs, poison sugar substitutes, how much sugar, additives and processed junk is in what they are consuming? Do they just tell themselves it's not a big deal?

Would they have better health and less problems with their body if they ate what was intended by the one who created them?

So they are addicted.
Does fasting help break the addictions? Yes!

These food addictions have been found to be just as serious as being addicted to morphine.

These foods people are eating are substances, they are not even food when they are not coming from nature.

Should people be consuming substances or real food?

So much of humanity has moved away from real food that sustains to substances, chemicals and addiction, but they do not want to admit it to themselves because they do not want to change.

They choose their addiction over making the changes that could help them live a more whole and productive life.

They also wish to have something to blame their illness and lack of wholeness on other than themselves.

The biggest hormonal problem with eating the foods not found in nature is insulin.

Cutting sugar is only one component of the protocol to bringing insulin levels down as high insulin also comes from processed foods.

Fasting is found to be the one thing that will help everything at once.

If you don't eat all day long, and have only one meal, you will have less insulin for that one meal than if you would have eaten that same meal after having two previous meals that same day.

Does this mean your sensitivity to insulin changes on a day to day basis?

Even our own circadian rhythms make you more sensitive during certain times of the day.

Other challenges people face from the food source which makes them insulin resistant is clogged arteries which can bring on stroke and heart attacks.

These high insulin levels do not only affect the arteries in the heart, but as the blood is pumped out to your other organs and your body, the blood vessels are affected.

If one has kidney disease, the tiny blood vessels in the kidneys are not going to work well, and if someone keeps their insulin levels high from eating sugar and processed foods. ..even when they tell themselves they are not eating that much. . .it still greatly affects their body and will do damage on a daily basis.

Insulin blocks nitric oxide production.

Insulin affects every organ because each organ receives blood supply.

You're as old as your blood supply and as old as your arteries.
