Can you guess which night I was 24 hours into a fast?
113 ms might be my highest HRV ever. I have begun extending my weekly fast to 36 hours (IOW I ate dinner Monday night and did not eat again til Wednesday breakfast). Oura reports sleep on the day of waking, so the high Wednesday score means Tuesday night - Wednesday morning's sleep period. This plot sure gives me more motivation to keep that going. And of course I felt awesome all day Tuesday and saved a bunch of time not having to eat.
