I live on this planet for 35 years and I heard few very interesting stories about fats, starting from the idea that they are so bad for you and you should not eat them, to the absurd claim made recently that coconut oil is unhealthy by 'some' cardiology societies. I am not going into more details however if you are interested please feel more than happy to explore some of the links below and listen what 'some experts' would like to say in this aspect. I hope you had a good dose of the so called 'experts' view on the topic of fat.
I was confused few years ago, however I was still more than happy to have butter instead of margarine in my diet because I personally think that margarine taste like plastic and indeed is a plastic. I started to use more olive oil and reduced to absolutely minimum any fried experience. However the total transformation as well as adding more 'fat' into 'fatty knowledge' was extremely important to myself. I am absolutely convinced that healthy fat is essential for the healthy function of Human bodies.

As argued by Zięba (2015, page 328) scientific studies clearly show that one of the basic behaviors necessary for many years of good health is the regular intake of essential fatty acids in their primary form. he goes even further and say that in order to accommodate your daily requirements for fatty acids you just need to mix linseed oil with sunflower oil in a ratio of 1:3 and take a teaspoon twice a day and your body will get what really need.
Here are the most important bullet points which is a well a summary for the topic of fat.
Saturated fats (and this include animal fats) are not the cause of atherosclerosis
Do not use vegetable fat other than coconut oil for frying.
Vegetable oils should only be used cold.
The only vegetable oils that should be used are those that have been produced by cold pressing.
There are only two essential fatty acids.
Fish oil and omega - 3 preparations based on fish do not contain primary essential fatty acids - only their derivatives.
Do not use vegetable oil or omega - 3 excessively.
A good preventative solution is to consume only cold pressed linseed oil for the primary omega - 3 fatty acids and oils it contains, and oils like sunflower oil and safflower oil containing primary omega - 6 fatty acids.

I am happy for the opportunity to come across someone as Jerzy Zięba and his amazing knowledge which give so much light into the darkness of intentionally confusing messages across the medical community and seems like permanently penetrated our lives.
