30 Day Weight Loss Challenge - Day 4 ! #Fat2Fit

I'm, could be better but ;)
so this is day 4 for the 30-day weight loss challenge!
Well, I feel okay
so for the diet information -
Calories In: 3,800
Calories burned totally(+BMR): (3150BMR)+(420 Walking, ) 3,570, this day was pretty "bad" day, but It's okay, sometimes there is falls and I'm it will be better tomorrow :)
at day 7 I will weigh my self again, not on day 6 because I want it to be weighed on Tuesday and Saturday!
In my experience, 30-day fitness challenges can totally work for a wide range of people. I designed a challenge for our corporate wellness clients to see how many days in a month you can do at least 30 minutes of any physical activity. The results are pretty amazing.
