(BPN) - Drug Satres Satres West Jakarta Metro Police arrested father, son and son-in-law, as proven to use and distribute narcotics type of shabu.
The action of one family was controlled from Penitentiary (Lapas) Sindur Bogor, West Java. This arrest began when the police arrested JN alias BK (60), in RT 01/01, Jalan Kapuk Muara, Penjaringan, North Jakarta, Friday (9/2/2018), at around 20:00 pm.
JN alias BK is arrested based on public information related to narcotics circulation in Kapuk Muara area.
Obtaining the information, AKBP Suhermanto as the Drug Invisible ordered its members under the leadership of Sub Unit 2 Unit 2 Iptu Anggoro, conducted a thorough investigation and pursued JN alias BK.
After obtaining valid evidence, the team then raided a slum house on Jalan Kapuk Muara. JN alias BK was arrested when this unemployed man wanted to party alone at his room. This widower was immediately terrified when the police handcuffed her hands.
The police then searched every corner of JN alias BK's house. This skinny man claimed to have haram weighing 6.78 grams or 10 packages of shabu from his son, SN aka AY (21).
Police get the forbidden goods in a pants pocket and in a hanged cellphone case. Police also secured two mobile phone units, which contains a message about drug transactions that they do for more than two years.
"JN alias BK is getting 10 paketan shabu from his son with SN or AY SN.If this father resigned when we bend, and acknowledged the shabu we get in a pants pocket, from his son.JN aka BK's son just arrived at home, the police directly SN did not know his residence was being raided, "said Suhermanto, Saturday (17/2/2018).
Police, Suhermanto said, immediately searched SN aka AY, and proven to save narcotics type of shabu as much as 0.87 grams or two packages stored in his jeans pocket.
"Evidence of two packets of shabu 0.87 grams put in a tissue and stored in the right pocket of Levis pants.There are two mobile phone containing drug transactions we also secure on location, belonging to SN aka AY," said Suhermanto.
When interrogated, SN claimed to get a shabu from his brother-in-law initials IBN, who was serving a sentence at Sindur Prisons, Bogor, on drug cases. The three suspects snared Article 114 (2) Sub 112 (2) of Law Number 35 Year 2009 on Narcotics
