Every single day it feels the same, it feels the time is not passing and we are just trapped here. I'm saying 'we' because I know this feeling happens to all. Sometimes we feel motivated for many days, it's like an endless sad journey. But nothing is forever and this will also end.
The thing is if we just sit and do nothing to let it go it will take longer to go away. On the other hand, if we put some intentional effort it may help us to find the clue what's going wrong, how to cope, and let the light come. We have to understand that it's not like pushing ourselves to feel better but it's like giving time to ourselves to know this better.
The one best thing we can do it to 'give time to thyself'. You will see how we distribute our time here and there and not any for our own. There must be some time for self-care, personal alone time. Especially during our sad days, we should take our time to spend quality time with ourselves.
Changing your way of life a little bit. It always helps to bring something new in life. If it's not possible to add anything new, just shuffle your schedule. Like, go out for a sudden short trip or hand out with friends. Do talk with people, take a meditation session, or anything you feel interesting.
I know it's hard to get out from the rut and you may not feel doing a single thing. But believe me, if you just take some time to add this in those bad days you sure can get out from the dark circle. I hope this gonna help you a little bit!
