This has more to do with the judges that are elected or chosen, if you have a problem with their most likely sexist reasons for giving a women a lesser sentence, protest the judges. Personally I believe a criminal is a criminal no matter their gender and should definitely face the same consequences.
There are good medical reasons for not forcing a woman to have a child on a mans whim. Pregnancy and birth are extremely traumatic to the human body, they can cause life long problems like urinary or bowl incontinence. There is also a risk of death during or after pregnancy because it is so rough on the human body. I believe whole hardheartedly that no one should have to be forced to take those risks because another person wants them to, it would be different if those risks could be transferred, but they can not.
These are clearly biased questions, some of which are kind of ridiculous like question 7 and 4. really that has more to do with where you choose to work and responsibility then gender. True women often work in less risky job settings but its still a choice.

1: shouldn't the feminists be fighting for equality in that case? if it is only the judges I would think feminists would see this as something to want equality on? are you saying feminists only want equality for the good stuff?
2: "reasons" or not I will refer to point one, do you not think men should have equality on that issue or are you only fighting for equality of the good stuff?
question 4 is not "ridiculous" it is strong proof that men do not have the equality of women. if it isn't can you prove to me why almost all homless people are men and not women? if it is not because women get special treatment over men then why? wouldn't you be trying to help homeless men get to the same % as homeless women?
question 7 is not ridiculous either, you say it is because women choose to not work dangerous jobs. but when someone brings that same answer to the wage gap argument it gets shut down. so what is it? wage gap or choice in job? if its wage gap then you need to be getting women into the dangerous jobs too not just the good jobs in politics or heads of companys or anything elese feminists say is proof of the wage gap. if their is no wage gap and it is choice, I can accept that. I also will add tho that it might have to do with the fact that mens lifes have less value then womens so socity sees men as disposable and their for has less of a problem with men doing all the crap work while feminists bitch about not having more women in the nice high paying cushie jobs.
thank you for the comment on my post. :D hope to hear back from you.

Its not about "good stuff" or "bad stuff" no one can feasibly address all the problems that need to be dealt with at once, that is crazy.
maybe the reason men have the dangerous jobs is because until around 50 years ago women weren't allowed to work in those fields because men wouldn't let them. The number of women holding jobs with higher mortality rates is slowly increasing now that society is easing up a little on the notion that women are only good for being mothers or secretaries. Its not that women's lives are more important, its that men still even to this day will shun a women for holding a stereotypical "male job" such as Fisherman, contractor, landscaper, mechanic, construction worker, etc. These fields are still a bit of boys club and I've experienced it first hand trying to get a job in one of those fields that I had lots of experience in but was rejected because the company was worried about sexual harassment occurring. like me, most women have no other choice then to get a job in a field that they can realistically be hired in and not rejected because the employer doesn't think she can handle it simply because of her gender. As of 2014 the ratio between males and females in the labor force is 81% males dominate the US labor force and women can barely get a job in a field that contributes to these statistic because men don't want them there. This issue often comes up that women aren't really accepted into these work fields and change is needed but its almost never is addressed because these are "lower class issues". We end up with safer jobs because there some of the only jobs we can get without an expensive education most of the time.
Honestly I know you just think everything I'm saying is ridiculous or wrong because I've seen some of your more aggressive posts, and you've made your seemingly unshakable position on feminism clear, but it was worth a shot.
