The reason women tend to be in secretarial roles is they tend to prioritize home life over work life. Less demanding roles allows them the flexibility to be at home. Just so you know I think all women have the right to choose whatever career they want to pursue. But there are tendencies among each gender to have interests in certain areas. Men do tend to excel more in tech fields. (Not to say a woman can't) which is why people take educated guesses and say 'he'. Not everything someone says needed to be pointed at and say 'sexist!'
