Hey steemians! My last video is about FALSE forms of self-care that promote harmful feminine beauty practices rather than actual, self-accepting and self-loving behaviors. Let's get out of the capitalist mindset that self-care is about buying the right toxic products and changing our natural appearance and get into the mindset that self-care is about self-acceptance and giving ourselves the time and attention we need!
This video is geared towards women but I think the advice and ideas for self-care practices I mention would be helpful to men watching as well.
