Domestic violence is an equal opportunities event and is a complete misnomer in society, it actually goes both ways.
No one has the right to raise their hand to their partner regardless of sex.

When you hurt someone you love you truely hurt yourself. I believe a man should never hit a woman unless his life is threatened. If you hit a woman out of anger and can't control your own emotions you're wrong. Once someone initiate violence towards a beloved person it is time to walk away and Never Return.
