material:
1 cup wheat flour 2 tsp sesame seeds 3 tbsps of semolina (rava) 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/3 tsp turmeric powder 1/3 cup fresh fenugreek leaves, 3 tbsp oils, chopped to taste, according to taste.
Method:
Put a wheat flour, semolina, sesame, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chopped fresh fenugreek, 3 tbsp oil and salt in a vessel with a wide mouth, mix it well. Put the water according to the need, knead some solid flour from the paratha . Cover it for 10-15 minutes. Divide the dough into 16 small portions and make round leaves from it. Take 3-4 inch diameter from each lot. Must be slightly thicker than whole bread. Now knead it with the help of a knife or fork. Heat oil on medium flame in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, then after 3-4 minutes, put it on medium heat until it becomes a light brown color and it does not become curry. To absorb excessive oil, remove the puri in the kitchen paper and put it in the plate. Take out the rest of the rest. Keep it in the airtight compartment for 15-20 days.
