While I was taught to use unripe baby fruits or the growing shoots of a fast growing plant I opted to do a whole plant fermented juice here. A little against what I was taught but this will work just fine in my opinion. For good measure I will ferment some aloe tomorrow specifically the new baby Leaf growth of the Aloe for good measure.
After reading @nomadslanding's digital notes from class there are key things not true to the technique that I did. Namely I did the whole plant and root instead of just the growing tips. No I won't share their notes but just an exert.
This plant is still unknown to me but I grew up with this being a common tumbleweed growing up. I believe it maybe a type of desert sage or a Artemisia californica?
Note: do not use coffee filters. Im out of paper towels and used a breathable cloth.
