Which one are you referring to? Ferrum network or Social mining? Social mining is not done on-chain but provides a steemit-like environment where projects can reward their participants with their own protocol coin. Interestingly The Social Mining website of DAO MAKER, the developer of Social mining does not use ERC20 coin it uses the.LTO tokens..... Ferrum on the other hand uses both ERC20 and BEP20.. but yeah there is expense when moving the ERC20 based FRM.. this should be mitigated when mainnet is released they will be using a DAG based distributed ledger technology.

The DAO MAKER social mining platform is mainly for testing purposes of new upgrades and features. LTO Network always was the staring client and are sponsoring workdrops for testing purposes.
