Incubus - the demon of the mind

in fiction •  8 years ago  (edited)

In ancient times the word "Incubus" described creatures that mocked the women who were with them in sexual contact.

Actually it is the demons of oblivion or entity, which deprive the mind of clarity. They contribute to the development of dementia and reduce the available knowledge to insignificance, the insignificance, pushing the individual to the path of temptation and the eternal search for, or involvement in the game of illusion, like a kaleidoscope. Where thought-forms are connected in a random order, which limits the freedom of the imagination and prevents its further development.

Incubus are seducers and vampires spiritual benefits. Can knock out of the way, offering a false choice or another road that may lead to a deadlock or enlightenment. They are also punitive and testers. But their behavior depends on the choice of the individual.

But also, they can give the individual insignia, regalia, a sense of superiority and importance, to awaken the desire and aspiration to anything higher, according to the plans, or to rotate "backwards" to the target, showing its insignificance, emptying attempts and aspirations of the individual in the attainment. Can easily lead to despondency and laziness, awakening arrogance and greed, and the desire for immorality and debauchery.

It is possible that their methods may be limited to the sexual sphere. Inspiring man that it is desirable and unique, tossing him a different sort of circumstances where you know in advance what he will lose or be proud of their own victory before their fellows, will awaken in him a penchant for fornication and the eternal search for the best where the best is like the Lighthouse. The creators of the test, the result of which depends on the behavior of the soul and unpredictable.

But the deceit and cunning of the Incubus. As they start the game of perception and thinking, destroying, or mixing the existing chain of events.
