IT'S TIME.....2

Tee couldn't look at her face since then. She lived with her mum and refused to go anywhere. She didn't want anyone to see her. Not like diz. She couldn't even look at herself, how much more other people. Tee had managed to avoid all her friends since den, she was breathing but dead inside. 2day made it 2yrs since that awful day. She didnt want to leave her room.

She had changed her phone number so nobody could reach her except her mum. Then she heard a voice that sounded familiar. Dami!!! She rushed to the door and locked it like she had always done the previous times Dami visited. No one could see her like this. She waited for hours and whn she felt Dami must have gone, she came out of her room. Dami stood der in front of her holding something she dared not see in 2years. A MIRROW.....
"Tee face it; It's time to face it" That day she cried for hours in Dami's arms. She never looked at her face even after the surgery.

Dami had set up a job interview for her with the help of her mother. She was reluctant to go but had no choice since Dami practically forced her. She hadn't been outside the house in 2years. It looked different.

When she got to the company, people treated her as they treated others. Nobody was looking at her with horror in their eyes. Was she mistaken? Didnt they see her face? She got in 2 the interview room where they asked about the incident. Twas the first tym she ever talked about it. She cried so much that she couldn't speak much when the questions pertaining to the job was asked.

She knew she wouldn't get the job but that was fine. She learnt something else that day. People didn't think less of her, infact they saw her as a strong lady who got pass what happened to her.
She was going to be that strong lady they all thought she was. She was going to start living not just existing. As she got into Dami's car she said "Dami let's go shopping; I have to get my life back. Its about time I live".
