My cats kill lizards all the time. Is Nick Murphy going to come to my house to arrest them? I can't post bail for 5 cats! Really creative story. Murphy did some amazing work considering how much he drank.

While I don't condone killing lizards I'm pretty sure your cats are fine. If your cats had killed a bearded dragon though you'd probably be quite upset because those are expensive. He does tend to drink a lot. I'm not sure why the Nick Murphy stories don't take off more. They are some of my favorite but it seems if I write a horror story people are much more in line to read it.
