The Tenth week of the fifty word story contest has come to an end, we had a guest judge for the week, the amazing @dreemit, also this week's interview on The InkPot with @verbal-d received a lot of attention and good reviews

As you all know the fifty word story contest is here to reward those who are able to tell a fascinating story in fifty words, the contest is also a way to encourage new steemians on the platform. The growth of steemit depends on their presence,this is what led to commuinty building projects like @curie and this contest.

This contest is open to only Steemians with reputation 55 and lower.

Also our guest judge @dreemit helped to further increase the reward pool by 6 Steem

Her Crowning Glory

In the shower handfuls of hair clung to her body as she shampooed her once crowning glory. Even in her last days she could barely face what chemo had taken from her. Wasn't it enough to die from this wicked disease? Did it need to take her dignity, too?

Honourable Mention

Out of the 6 Steem donated, 3 Steem was won by @tanechka for also writing a story with a powerful message, this shows how tough the judging decisions were.

In his eyes, you could see the carefree world of dreams that once was true, and that Golden crown, which he sought all his life already meant nothing. All of these continents, countries, cities, villages and people became dust. However, he thought only about his youth, which was lost forever.
