The Fight For 15 movement is geared toward fighting to increase the Federal minimum wage in the US.
They even have an organization dedicated to the movement and you can even find a t-shirt on Amazon with a "#FightFor15" logo on it here!

As crazy as this idea might sound to some people, the Fight for $15 movement began with just a few hundred fast food workers in New York City, striking for $15 an hour and for union rights.
Today, it is an international movement in over 300 cities on six continents, and consists of fast-food workers, home health aides, child care teachers, airport workers, adjunct professors, retail employees – and really includes workers everywhere.
To opponents, this movement to increase the minimum wage would negatively affect the small businesses that provide the majority of jobs in this country by forcing them to hire less people or perhaps go out of business altogether.
To proponents, this movement is critical to people having a "living wage" - meaning a wage and income that allows them to have some of the basic necessities of life.
