This is the best recipe you'll ever need. Crunchy, Yummy and very easy to make

Recipe:

Vinegar:

• 1 big red chili, thinly sliced
• 2 chopped red onion
• 1/3 cup vinegar
• 2 tbsp fish sauce

Ukoy/Okoy
• 1 medium sweet potato
• 1 carrot

  • 1/2 red onion
    • ¾ cup ice cold water
    • 1 tbsp fish sauce
    • 1 cup cornstarch (add up to 1/4 cup more if needed)
    • shelled and deveined shrimp
    • 1 cup Hibe (small dried shrimp)
    • Spring onions
