What Was Your FAVORITE Movie Of 2017?

It's very hard as I feel there are several good contenders that are all good in different ways. If I had to choose however, I'd choose mother! I know it got several negative reviews, but it was truly a symbolic movie. It was a chaotic adventure to watch that progressively got more and more claustrophobic with every minute.

And who doesn't love seeing close-ups of Jennifer Lawrence for half the movie. haha

Haha LOL! Exactly, you are right. Sometimes, the reviews don't always depict how the movie really goes. You got me with that Jennifer Lawrence part though. LOL. #naughtyYou Welcome to steemit #wink

mother! is hands-down the best movie of 2017 I got to watch thus far. An almost annoyingly artistic movie, symbolism on five-too-many levels, I can't see it's successful to me as a whole perhaps but it is stunning to watch and truly daring. That being said, I haven't had a chance to watch Lady Bird and a few others yet; I live in Singapore and we don't get everything right away, only the major blockbusters.
