Not often shown outside of film classes, "F for Fake", continues to influence film as a whole almost fifty years later. I will not spoil the film but Welles was a genius and his career changed what it meant to be a producer or a "film maker." "F for Fake" was his own personal artwork and influenced R.A.Wilson and Richard Linklater a whole lot. You can really see it in most of Linklater's films.
