I didn't see it mentioned (I may have missed it), but Truffaut actually wrote Breathless. Since the first time that I saw The 400 Blows I found him to be such a compelling artist. Thank you for the excellent analysis.

But, there is so much more I could write about this movie, it just seemed better to try to compress it to a medium length article, so people will bother to read it from the beginning to the end :)

Absolutely. I think it's even more impressive considering both Godard and Truffaut had a hand in creating this film. Lots to write about for sure.
