The prestigious creative was, until now, only fixed as a producer of the JRPG.
Yoshinori Kitase , one of the great figures of Square Enix and a creative involved in the development of Japanese productions as well known as Final Fantasy VI , Chrono Trigger or the original Final Fantasy VII itself , is topical. Until now his role in Final Fantasy VII Remake was only linked to production work, but we have been able to know that the thing could go much further.
Some media such as the GamingBolt portal report that at the recently held Final Fantasy 7 Brass Concert , attendees could hear Kitase himself assuring that he would be involved in the JRPG by designing some specific areas of the expected remake.
Apparently, Kitase would be in charge of designing and planning floors 69 and 70 of the Shinra Building , one of the first sections of the videogame. This, of course, does not give us any clue about how the development of a title that Square Enix itself has already acknowledged that announced Final Fantasy VII Remake too soon is going on.
