In the previous post we started talking about this week's theme, THE MOTIVATION
And if, perhaps many left thinking that this is another corny and romantic post that is not worth reading, but in fact, if we evaluate from a statistical point, we can realize that the biggest reason for failure of companies and personal economies. Without a doubt, it is inconstancy, caused because the motivation went on a trip and never returned.
I want to tell you a little about what we do at Advi University.
Our object is to train the entrepreneur and lead him to a real tangible undertaking, where he can make the most of all his latent qualities within himself. And experimenting new strategies, technological and economic, can raise your enterprise, or simply your personal finances, high goals.
And for that, it is more than obvious that it takes hard work with a lot of perseverance, perseverance and discipline.
But, how do I get motivation?

Let me tell you that as we discussed in the previous post, like the human body, is composed of 650 muscles, whose function is to generate movement and perform vital functions for the proper use of all our motor functions.
In the same way it works:

Every decision in our lives is a muscle that we must exercise to the point of making our habits, an indispensable tool to achieve our goals and objectives in life.
Now, you know that motivation is a muscle that you must exercise.
But how do I do it?
We are going to see a series of steps which I do not say are those established by an academy of sociologists and psychologists of a major university in a developed country, of course not .... That is theory only, here we give you our experiences and what to us at Advi University has worked for us.
1.- ESTABLISH AN ATTRACTIVE LINK OR TROPHY TO YOUR WORK.
What does this mean?
Basically you should look for a tangible and obviously achievable physical goal that serves as a goal, and that every day serves as motivation as an injection of morphine or adrenaline that does not allow you to feel the pain of fatigue or exhaustion, but you get to work without any measure to achieve your goal.
For example:
"In my case, it was always to build my first physical store, which is a hardware store and home, I worked 10 to 12 hours a day and some days I only slept 4 hours, I reached a point where exhaustion caused the body I did not answer anymore, I just wanted to sleep and rest, forgetting about the goal, and many times I trashed that passion and motivation and just went to sleep.
But something interesting happened in my mind that was where I discovered the true secret of motivation and because this is a muscle that is exercised, in the same way that happens when we go to the gym and exercise our arms to the point that if you get 20 kg of lifting and your body is adapted to that weight, the muscles of your arm have no choice but to lift it because that's what they were trained for, and they will easily do that!
In the same way the motivation acted in my mind, in those moments where I did not want to continue or when I went to sleep knowing that I had to work but I did not do it due to exhaustion and extreme exhaustion. An inexplicable feeling of adrenaline was activated throughout my body to the point where as if I had injected a narcotic, my body was activated and in seconds, sleep, fatigue and exhaustion, disappeared completely and I had no choice but to get up , because my mind was just saying, let's go arming one more mile, do not get discouraged when you are so close.
This, is a motivation really exercised, that does not give you chance to discouragement or fatigue, but to achieve this, you must have a clear and visible goal which you must pursue like a lion to its prey.
Maybe yours is to achieve a monthly amount of money in steemit, a car, among many things, but whatever it is, associate it with your work and achieve better results.
2.- ASSIGN DATES OR TOPES TO YOUR GOALS.
This point is very obvious and does it even seem ridiculous right?
But what happens if I tell you that more than 90% of people who undertake a project do not achieve their goal because they do not assign deadlines or establish clear strategies, and obviously to see that they do not advance and that time passes and they do not see results , they simply get discouraged and give up work and little time, which they really dedicated to their goals.
Setting dates forces you to work against the clock and understand that you must maintain a constant and disciplined work rhyme, because if you do not do it, then you will not achieve your short-term goals and obviously the long-term ones will become even more unattainable, causing you to enter in a state of discouragement and alarming depression.
2.- PERCENTUALIZE EACH ONE OF THE ASSIGNMENTS OR TASKS TO BE CARRIED OUT.
For this you can use Excel tables or simply there are free Apps that will help us to evaluate the percentage of completed assignments or progress bar in each of our tasks, or if you want to do manual you just have to take a pencil, make a sheet list of tasks to perform in a stipulated time which I recommend doing weekly, and if your list is 10 tasks, every time you do one of them, the marks and the rest is just do a mathematical operation where you divide:
Number of tasks performed / Number of total tasks x 100
The result that indicates the percentage of progress you have of your tasks or obligations at that time.
This is a really important task to reach our goals, and more than a personal stimulus, it becomes a tool that allows us to define how effective we are working, because if your result is 20% it means that we are so only 20% of our capacity to work and that something drastic must be done to improve our effectiveness.
