meatball chicken mushrooms & dumplings sauce

Meatballs Chicken Mushroom:

  • 300 gr chopped chicken (can be mixed shrimp if likes)
  • a bit of soun
  • 3 mushroom ear
  • 1/2 pieces of small boxed carrots
  • 1 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon fried onion
  • 1 tablespoon fried garlic
  • 4 tablespoons sago
  • 1 spring onion (sliced)
  • salt, sugar, pepper, nutmeg
  • salty soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • water to boil

How to: stir all the ingredients so one .. prepare boiling water .. the shape of a sphere while cemplung to the water .. let it float, lift .. drain • Dumpling ingredients:

  • 250 gr chopped chicken (bosa mix shrimp if likes)
  • 3 chopped garlic
  • 1 slice of spring onions
  • salt, sugar, pepper
  • salty soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Dumpling skin - water to boil

How to: mix all ingredients in the container .. take the skin of dumplings, shape according to taste .. boil until cooked .. lift & drain • Broth Soup:

  • 6 chicken claws
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 stem of leek node
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 segment of ginger
  • sugar, salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil

How to: prepare water with ginger, garlic, spring onion, salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil .. enter the checker, cook until tender .. filter broth ♡♡♡♡ Suggestion presentation: meatball order, dumplings, and claw above the bowl .. flush with broth sauce .. sprinkle fried garlic, fried onion & spring onion
