I would be in, I have tried to run A GIF contest for three days, Everyday I would give a gif and the best comment to describe it wins 5 steem.
It was huge fun but was nowhere near success, i didn't had much followers, which led me to stop it the third day, But if you are starting something like that, I would participate daily.

These are true. However, there are also some wealthy people from developing countries that react to similar situations. I know some 'cos I live at a big city in a developing country.
