We need to know all, this fish in Indonesia better known as Kudu fish is a unique type of fish. How not, because the body alone has a shape like a box lined with super hard shells. And not to mention the spooky shape with the look of Monyong's lips and the large eyes protruding out. Many argue that mackerel has a shape that resembles an iron or rubbing clothes.
Kudu-Kudu fish are spread in many locations in the world and one of them can be easily found in the marine waters of Makassar, Sulawesi-Indonesia. And also ordinary mongoose fish live between rocks and coral reefs. Although it is unusual, this fish is not the type of fish that inhabits the deep sea like some other strange fish.
Kudu-kudu fish meat is delicious and when it is observed almost like chicken meat. And also this fish meat really like chicken meat both in terms of taste and texture of the fiber. So the way to cook kudu-kudu is no different from cooking fish in general. This fish can be cooked by frying with flour or baked. Kudu-kudu fish are more delicious if you use chili sauce in the form of tomato sauce and shrimp paste and complete with a plate of rice.
