It was a great day of fishing on the Big Island of Hawaii. One Omilu Papio, one Black Papio, four Yellow Spot Papio, and two Moano. The Omilu and One Yellow Spot, went to our neighbors, and the rest of the Papio got turned into Sashimi (raw fish). Both the Black and the Yellow Spot are very oily and make great Sashimi. Super delicate taste, and melts in your mouth. So ono (yummy). The Moano will end up being fried for dinner.
