Using beetroot powder in boilies (carp bait)

in fishing •  7 years ago

Beetroot powder is high in various nutrients and has long been recognised for it's benefits in human health. But it's also very attractive to fish due to the high naturally occurring betaine present which is a potent appetite stimulator in all fish particularly carp. Just 1-2 teaspoons per kg is enough to add the attraction and give the boilies a nice pale pink colour. The more you use, the stronger the colour. beetrootpowder1.JPG
