With this cali weather we've been having lately, summer is basically upon us.

What better way to prepare than to get your sweat on while activating and strengthening your core and entire posterior chain (muscles you wont be able to see when you look in the mirror but some of the most important on your body. Hips, glutes, hams etc,)

Protip: beat the heat by making your internal temperature rise, itll make the temp outside seem cooler :p

oh yeah and bring plenty of water!
