Protein shake,to gain muscle.High carb high protein.Easy to prepare.

Hello Steemians, I’m Buğra and this is my first post.

I've been going to the gym for a year. I tried so many protein shake for gain muscle at home and this one is my favourite so far. I hope this will also help you.

Here are the materials for our shake;

• 150 gr Curd cheese (1 cup )
• 1 Banana (medium)
• 600 ml skimmed milk. ( 3 cups )
Put them all in a mixer and stir.

Curd Cheese = 10gr Carb, 15gr Protein, 0.44gr Fat

Banana = 38gr Carb, 1.85gr Protein, 0,56gr Fat

Skimmed Milk = 33gr Carb, 16gr Protein, 0,55gr Fat

Total = 81gr Carb, 32,85gr Protein, 1,55gr Fat.

As you all know this shake is great for gaining mass. Bon appétit!
