Adrenaline is a key component to our physiology and energy. As a circadian rhythm it it utilised when the sun comes up to assist our bodies to function.

Most people have damaged or fatigued there adrenal glands with the abuse of stimulants such as: Caffeine from Coffee, Tea and Energy drinks.

In the beginning when coffee drinkers start utilising caffeine to give them a kick or boost. A little bit goes a long way. It forces chemically, adrenaline to be released and used to assist energy.

After time 1 drink goes to 2, 3, 4 ,5 even 6. The stress on the adrenal glands become more and more. This is where the problem begins. Soon you start waking up tired, struggling with energy and so on. Energy drinks, Coffee and Tea no longer works, and the physiology becomes stressed, depressive and lazy feelings start to arise.
There is nothing emotionally wrong with you!
You have drained and fatigued your Adrenal Glands out to such a point, they can no longer fill you with adrenaline, because day after day the stimulant abuse has taken its toll.
This is very fixable and your energy can return to it's optimal levels with the use of energy exercises and physical activity. So before you pick up that next cup for today, know that tomorrow you will suffer.
