My delightful Health-Shake!!!

So for the Diet:

1 lb Chicken wings: 821
2 cups Tomato Soup: 144
Health Shake: 296
3 oranges: 141
1 Caeser: 177
Chicken Soup: 200
1 Coffee/Vanilla Almond Milk: 32
Egg + Toast: 214

Total: 2025/2268

Haven't posted my meal for the day for a while, figured it was about time to get back in the habit! I have been being good over this last week, or else I wouldn't have seen results! The goal is to get as close as possible to the calorie count, to keep muscle growth up and weight down at the same time.

It has a combination of protein,carbs and vitamins.Nice.

I should be trying this and not my usual full of carbs diet.
