2 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
2 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope
2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 10 Push-ups
2 sets of 10 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 15 Triceps 10 Lbs
Another work-out down, another day of half decent eating down 284 days to go until the end of my challenge 81/365 I personally feel like I am rocking this as of right now, and I still have a long ways to go! Can't Stop won't stop in this for the long haul!
