Fitness is not about been better than someone, its about been better than u use to be.
Staying fit is something very good for the human system, it has many health benefits which we some times wont know about.
Every day is another chance to get better, live healthier, eat better and be the best version of you physically.
I hear people saying keeping fit is stressful, its painful, its time consuming and all sort of excuse. Yea, thats through, thats where your determmination and focus comes in but just have this in mind "it never gets easy you just get stronger" if it doesent challenge you, it will never change you. You never love the workout but you'll surely love the result.
All it takes is a step of courage and determination. Never belittle your self what seems hard today will be a warm up tomorrow. Persistence is the key, never back down, never look back.
Fitness is like a relationship, if you cheat, it will never work out, the purpose of fitness is to tighten up the slack, polish the spirit and toughen the body because the body is the only place you have to hold your spirit and live.
You can work on the new you not because the old you is bad but because the new you can improve.. Change is the only constant thing in life and fitness is all about change.
