ARM WORKOUT - Triceps & Biceps 💪

 Let's get ready to pump your arms into pythons!  The arm is composed of three major muscles, the biceps, the triceps, and the sometimes overlooked forearms.  

All three sections are important in their own function!  The forearms are for gripping, they will help you while pulling the firetruck.  Your triceps are the meatiest part of the arm and they will fill up your sleeves.  And as we all know, the biceps give the arm a full muscular look.    

Get out there and pump up those arms!
