For this challenge, you commit to practicing flexibility training 5x a week ( my personal practice tends to be very yoga based) , and taking photographs to track your progress.
Day 51- unintended rest day #12.... accidentally fell asleep after work. BUT these are my days off, and i'll be back at it today after babe and i hit the hot springs and do some shopping <3
Day 52... Medium/ Light practice today, only spent about an hour , maybe a bit more, stretching. Stretched a bit in the hot springs with my mister , and then came home for the photos/ stretchies. Feeling a bit tense after some rest days, as per usual, but glad to be getting back to my practice, and hoping tomorrow its a bit looser.. HOWEVER.... i feel like my splits have come a LONG way through this challenge, and i am really proud and happy of how much i have already achieved.
Day 53..really nice practice at home tonight. Did not hit aerial class this week because i spent the night making jewelry instead. Felt great to stretch tonight, and feel like i am getting pretty deep in everything. My "weakest" split is actually turning out to be my middles with knees forward. It is very uncomfortable , and i dread it a little bit lol. Loki was adorable tonight ,and appears in almost all of the photos. Jeff and i took a quick break to play with him because he was being needy and kept biting/ attacking me since i wasnt giving him enough attention ( My cat is a psycho). Overall, great night!
Day 54... worked waiting tables until 10:30 ish, and spent a little over an hour on the stretches. Other than some foot cramps, pretty great practice tongiht! Hoping to get the "fun splits" photos done soon, but it snowed on me today, so i did not get to go outside. We may just have some fun splits photos tomorrow instead, since i am travelling to see family for the day :PI did try a few new things this week in my strertching, with the pillows and the couch and some resistance band training, but i will do a seperate photo set for last weeks challenge, as well as this weeks challenge tomorrow. I get to see my little cousins, so i am sure i could get some of their help for partner stretches :) Happy splitting!

Day 55.... fun stretches after a big thanksgiving dinner. We spent several hours on the road today, driving to and from family stuff :) I had been hoping to do my stretches with the kids at the holiday, but there wasnt enough time. also since my mister did all the driving , he was pretty tired, so i will try to get them in tomorrow :) sad that this is the last week of the challenge, but things are feeling much looser than when i started, feel like i may even get a touch more progress before it is all said and done :)
