Hey, everyone! I have a little extra time tonight, so I figured I would share one of the fitness goals I achieved today. But, first, a little scene setting. So, if you spent your weekend like me, you ended up drinking and eating too much. I woke up this morning feeling just awful physically, and emotionally. When I find myself in these sorts of situations, I find that running helps improve my disposition so I went to the gym. I drug myself out of bed and straight onto an elliptical. I was chained to that machine for what seemed like an eternity (actually 59 minutes and 6 seconds), but I actually burned 1002 calories! There were many times that I wanted to stop, but I pushed through the self doubt! I challenge you to hurdle through a physical challenge this week! Challenge yourself now, and you will be rewarded later!
