• Yogic techniques like mudras and shuddhi kriyas with water and air are used for detoxification and immunity-building.
• Practices like sarvangasana, pre-shirshasana or shirshana, kati vakra kriya and breathing practices like nadi shuddhi pranayama with variations are good.
• Some asanas in combination with bandhas are very helpful in maintaining good shape and proper posture as posture plays a very important role in one's personality.
• Bandhas are useful to increase the blood supply in desired areas. For this, though, expert guidance is needed.
Protect Bones And Joints:
• Muscle and joint strengthening techniques of yoga are very helpful. While doing joint strengthening exercises, one should be very careful as with the wrong methods, joint and tissues can get damaged.
