- Position Pulley's at Shoulder Height
- Crossover Cables Holding one in each Hand with Palms Down
- Keep your Arms Long, Moving your Arms Outward While Keeping Them Parallel to the Ground
- Watch Your Elbows, They will Try to Help Out if the Weight is too Heavy or you are Getting Tired. There Should be Zero Movement at the Elbow, All of the Movement is in your Shoulders!
