A funny question, and its answer often makes me laugh.

But of course, this does not say that you swallow a full stuffed sheep and stand directly on the treadmill, dear person with a large weight (similar to: the owner of the long shadow, haha).
Every day and the meal should contain only vegetables , that is, two tomatoes and lettuce. The truth: the policy of starvation and deprivation is nothing but the destruction of the body, skin, hair, and nails .

Hey brother, I eat 6 times a day and my weight is 55-57 kg and my height is 168 cm. Correct: more meals in smaller quantities to increase metabolism. And without deprivation, folks (within reason). Deprivation will lead to fatigue, boredom and lethargy, and the person will return to eating as before, even worse and with greater greed .
Drink plenty of water to get weak . As mentioned in the first point. Water is neither fattening nor weakened. Don't drink a lot of water, you are not a whale dear!
A nursing mother should not follow a diet or diet. Really, old man? swear"! Fact: There are special diets for breastfeeding women that would not negatively affect breast milk [ 6 ] .
Weight stability is a disaster! Truth: It's not always a disaster and it depends on the coach's goal. The scale is not an accurate tool for measuring weight, the most important thing is body shape and fat percentage.
